Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.70
SUMMARY
Responsible for transporting tractor trailers within the DistributionCenter yard. Operates tractor trailer truck in accordance with established safety procedures. May assist with loading, securing, and unloading of cargo. Must hold applicable Federal CDLA driver's license. Federal CDLA license with waivers will not be accepted.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for transporting tractor trailers within and between the Distribution Center. complexes, as well as NYS tandem compounds Operate tractor trailer truck in accordance with safety procedures. May assist with loading, securing and unloading cargo. Notify Supervisor of current or anticipated repair needs. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures and best practices while performing tasks in a manner that promotes safety at all times. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 21 years of age. Federal CDLA license required. CDLA license with FMCSA waivers will not be accepted. Satisfactory performance reviews. Strong communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must have a valid Federal Dept of Transportation physical card. Acceptable drivers abstract.
