We’re seeking a caring and mission-driven Pediatrician to join our client’s outpatient practice serving a vibrant and diverse community in the Bergen County, NJ area. This is a part-time role ideal for a physician who values work-life balance and has a passion for providing accessible, family-centered care to children from birth through adolescence.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
• Perform well-child visits, immunizations, and acute illness management
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, culturally responsive care
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families to build trust and support health literacy
• Document timely and accurately in the electronic medical record system

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain)
• Fluent in Spanish (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience preferred
• Passionate about community health and working with underserved populations
• Collaborative, flexible, and committed to patient-centered care
