On behalf of our client, Procom Services is seeking a Business Development and Sales Director in Waukesha, WI.
Summary of Position:
The Director, Business Development and Sales position is an exciting and important role within the growing business. This person will be responsible for oversight of the sales department, personally managing key customers and a heavy focus on development of new accounts. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of foundry sales with substantial organic growth, aka a "rainmaker".
This position will be a key part of the organization's leadership team. In addition to the above, this role will help to create and execute a business and marketing plan driving measurable, profitable growth as well as managing the process from RFQ to Order Execution. Ideally, the candidate will have experience and an existing network in one or more of the following: Petrochemical, Tooling, Defense, Food and Industrial equipment.
Candidates must possess strong organization and time management skills, and ability to communicate clearly.
Education: At a minimum, a AAS degree is required in business, marketing, management, or related field. Bachelor's degree strongly desired and will be given preference.
Work Experience: Must have 5-10 years' experience in foundry sales/business development role with demonstrated success of profitable sales growth.
