What Youll Be Doing

• Prepare high-quality food in a timely manner under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
• Keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring food is consistently prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to strict sanitation practices.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining services, including buffet lines and event functions.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure orders are expedited promptly and efficiently.

Schedule

• Morning Shift : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM (1 cook, 1 open position).
• Evening Shift : 12 : 30 PM 9 : 00 PM (5 open positions).
• Flexible based on your availability.

Education and Experience

• Fine?dining experience preferred.
• Culinary school training preferred.
• Minimum two years of previous experience in a culinary / food & beverage line position.
• Knowledge of kitchen terminology is required.

Condition of Employment

• Pre?employment negative drug test required.
• TB clearance.
