Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Strong communication skills with an ability to handle sensitive financial data. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Desired Qualifications Experience in a call center or financial services/banking environment . Previous experience in a customer service role handling complex queries.
